Introduction
Are you overseeing a small-scale project that finds itself constrained by the prohibitive costs of enterprise solutions? Yet, your imperative remains: a tailor-fitted, highly automated, and deeply customized lightweight ERP?
GUBUS is more than just a low-cost framework; it is the catalyst for the rapid development of collaborative, in-depth, and adaptable transparent CRM-ERP systems tailored for small yet intricate projects!
GUBUS is constructed atop the NestJs back-end server, PostgreSQL DB, Google Cloud Platform (primarily utilizing Google Spreadsheets REST API as a representative layer for desktops), and various messenger APIs (predominantly Telegram API, along with Viber API, SMS services, and more).
GUBUS may present itself as simple and concise, perhaps even inexpensive at first glance. However, it stands as a potent tool, enabling the swift construction of secure, tailor-fitted, efficient, intelligent, and deeply customizable CRM-ERP systems designed specifically for the nuanced requirements of small businesses in production, sales, and services.
Philosophy
GUBUS endeavors to address the demand for deep, custom, quick development at a low cost for small projects. This is achieved by formulating our vision on how complex problems can be effortlessly resolved through the utilization of the most free, popular, and powerful technologies.
In recent years, owing to the collaborative nature of Google Spreadsheetsand its exceptionally powerful formulas tool, they have evolved into a “lingua franca” for accounting for nearly any type of company's relevant raw data, catering to a significant number of small businesses worldwide.
A similar phenomenon has occurred and proliferated widely within the Telegram messenger, which has developed an exceptional programmatic foundation (bots) for managing data input and channel streaming.
GUBUS bridges the gap between these solutions, introducing additional patterns for automation and structuring logic. This instantiation reaches a new level for controlling and managing everyday data flow routines.
GUBUS provides an out-of-the-box architectural tools for constructing flexible informational systems with extraordinarily broad cross-cutting functionality for fast any kind of complex business logic.
GUBUS' toolbox comprises the following main blocks:
- Multipanel as the primary pattern for data input
- Mosaic input as an elegant solution for constructing in-depth input for complex products
- Workfeed as the core pattern for efficient data management and processing data flows
Consider this:
Due to productivity limitations (GUBUS widely uses Formulas in Google Spreadsheets for computations) it is not recommended to use (or overload) GUBUS with big projects, let's say that are bigger than 20,000 rows and 10 sheets per spreadsheet. In contrast to many efforts GUBUS makes to keep your project clean and laconic (see 'Keep-it-thin-patterns'), there is a great demand for cluttering data with unnecessary information and pushing tens and hundreds seldom-used functionalities.
